Job summary

Riverside Research Institute invites applications for an Intelligence Program Manager role supporting the NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role oversees the full lifecycle of capability development, contract execution, and resource delivery within a multidisciplinary team for the national security mission.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in intelligence, strong program management skills, and the ability to coordinate with government partners. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields.
• Intelligence professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle.
• Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, team player capable of independent work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration, track deliverables and invoicing; monitor obligations/expenditures.
• Assist with planning, programming and budget execution; assess guidance and resource constraints.
• Cultivate relationships with government and DoD/IC partners.
• Coordinate meetings and working groups; draft minutes and present recommendations.
• Evaluate production processes and studies; present recommendations to decision makers.
• Other duties as assigned.
