Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management leading DoD/IC IT or Cyber programs.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor/subcontractor efforts with cost/schedule accountability.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering and technical operations for the ONI Hopper Global Communications Center.
• Plan and lead formal program reviews, maintaining documentation.
• Implement risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
