Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Acquisition Specialist to support the Office of Naval Intelligence at Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

This in-person role drives program documentation, acquisition planning, and strategy development to enable timely milestone decisions. You will prepare and review contract documents, develop statements of work, coordinate with POs, AOs, CORs, and maintain procurement tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering Management, Business, or relevant technical discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience related to systems acquisition including logistics, R&D, configuration management or systems analysis or design.
• Experience briefing and developing briefs for officers and Executives.
• Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) to include development of acquisition strategies and budget documentation.
• Proficient with DoD contracting procedures and guidance including DFARS and FAR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update program documentation to reflect current program status and milestones.
• Prepare briefs and strategy recommendations for the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA).
• Develop and coordinate JCIDS documentation and other milestone documents.
• Generate, review and provide guidance on contracting documentation.
• Develop and maintain a tracking database of procurement activities.
• Provide support to evaluation boards and prepare analysis reports for proposals.
