Job summary

BAYADA in Hawaii is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our ABA center in Waipahu. This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.

You will conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments, design and monitor treatment plans, and train RBTs. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, Hawaii license, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with BACB and eligible for Hawaii licensure.
• Hawaii state license in behavior analysis required before start date.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; focus on professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Design and monitor the implementation of treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions
• Adhere to the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
• Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability for our employees, clients, and their families

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®)
• Must obtain a Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Interest in professional development and advancement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
