Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Pennsauken, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead FBAs and develop treatment plans at our ABA center. This full-time, salaried role collaborates with clinicians to supervise RBTs and deliver group trainings, upholding the BACB code.

Qualified candidates will hold BCBA certification, obtain the Hawai‘i license, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to drive compassionate, excellent, and reliable client care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Must obtain Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in professional development and advancement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.

Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
