Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing to join our Hawaii team. The role focuses on conducting FBAs, designing and monitoring treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to ensure quality client care.

Applicants must obtain the Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis before the start date and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to support our clients and families across the islands.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Hawaii state license in behavior analysis required before start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Interest in professional development and advancement.
• Solid communication skills.
