Job summary

BAYADA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our ABA center in Hilo, HI. This on-site role involves conducting FBAs, designing and monitoring treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to ensure compassionate, excellent, and reliable client services.

Hawai'i licensed BCBA in good standing with BACB is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®)
• Must obtain a Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Interest in professional development and advancement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
