Qualifications

• 5-8 years of accounting experience in insurance/financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday and AI-enabled reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OneStream administrator, managing user access, COA, structures and reports.
• Support evolution of financial reporting across Workday and OneStream; data reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze the Company’s financial results, including flux analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting differences and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain financial reports with automation and clear variance explanations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and variance commentary.
