Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an OneStream Senior Associate to perform advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the OneStream Practice. You will work with a growth-minded Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and your career goals.

You will participate in full life cycle implementations, document requirements, configure OneStream applications, and build training materials to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of cross-industry consulting experience at national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle OneStream implementations.
• Industry certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing OneStream Applications.
• Exposure to OneStream Cloud Applications or training.
• Knowledge of OneStream Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership, meetings, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work with clients to map current and future state processes.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
