Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join its OneStream practice within Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead the delivery of OneStream Financial Close, Consolidation, Budgeting and BI solutions for clients nationwide, shaping the architecture and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience, with minimum 3 years in OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process and associated tasks.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream environments.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for clients.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and prepare design documentation for OneStream applications.
• Design a scalable infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application for performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance; supervise QA and testing activities.
• Collaborate with clients and leadership to align solutions, roadmap and governance frameworks; mentor junior staff.
