• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience delivering or supporting OneStream implementations in a consulting/project delivery context

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting OneStream implementations across financial consolidation, close and reporting use cases
• Collaborating with finance, accounting and controllership stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business challenges
• Designing, building and configuring OneStream solutions in line with best practice
• Supporting end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live optimisation
• Translating complex consolidation and reporting requirements into scalable OneStream solutions
• Advising clients on close process improvement, reporting structures, data flows and governance
• Running workshops and supporting client conversations throughout the project lifecycle
• Acting as a key point of contact across delivery, solution design and issue resolution
• Supporting project teams and mentoring junior consultants where required
• Helping clients move away from manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes towards integrated, controlled consolidation environments

We are supporting a Diamond-level OneStream partner that is looking to appoint an experienced OneStream Consolidation Lead / Senior Consultant to support the delivery of complex finance transformation and consolidation projects across the United States.

This is a client-facing consulting role suited to someone with hands-on OneStream experience, particularly across financial consolidation, close, reporting and wider corporate performance management use cases.

You will work closely with finance, accounting and controllership stakeholders to design, build and deliver scalable OneStream solutions that improve close processes, reporting accuracy and visibility across the business.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream
• Experience delivering or supporting OneStream implementations
• Strong background across financial consolidation, close, reporting or corporate performance management
• Understanding of accounting, intercompany, eliminations, currency translation and management reporting processes
• Ability to translate finance and accounting requirements into practical system solutions
• Confident stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience working in consulting or project delivery environments would be beneficial
• Ability to support or lead workstreams across end-to-end implementation projects
• Based in the United States with the right to work there
