Job summary

Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team is seeking an EPM professional to help CFOs and finance teams implement planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting using OneStream and related tools. You will develop rules, dashboards, and data integrations while translating business needs into technical solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in EPM environments, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects. Expect 25% travel and a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/Finance/Accounting/Engineering/Math.
• 2+ years of experience with EPM applications (OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, TM1, SAP BCP).
• 2+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical design or development tasks.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in enterprise systems.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work you'll do

• Supporting the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream applications for planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting use cases
• Developing and maintaining business rules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and data integrations within OneStream environments
• Translating documented business and functional requirements into technical configurations and solution components
• Performing unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment support across implementation and enhancement activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document solution design, validate outputs, and support client deliverables

• 2+ years of experience developing, implementing, or supporting EPM applications like OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, TM1, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BCP)
• 2+ years of experience creating business rules and performing data management in OneStream, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, TM1, or SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BCP)
• Experience translating documented business requirements into technical design, configuration, or development tasks
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and resolving application defects or data issues in enterprise systems
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• OneStream certification
• Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, or consolidation processes
• Experience with Structured Query Language, Visual Basic .NET, or application programming interface-based integrations
• Experience working on technology implementation projects in a professional services environment
• Experience with Agile delivery methods or backlog management tools
• Experience preparing technical documentation, test scripts, or deployment materials

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,700 to $127,600.
