Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to configure and develop within OneStream, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, and reporting. You will build business rules and manage data loads across OneStream, Hyperion, or BPC, while scripting with VB.NET or SQL to enable automation and integrations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop within OneStream to support finance processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation, and reporting).
• Build and maintain business rules using OneStream development tools and best practices.
• Support data management activities including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within OneStream (and/or CPM platforms such as Hyperion or SAP BPC).
• Develop scripts and queries using VB.NET and/or SQL to enable automation, support integrations, and troubleshoot data/process issues.
• Execute testing activities (unit testing, system testing support, defect fixes, and regression testing) and document results to ensure stable releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development defects across business rules, workflows, data loads, and reports, escalating patterns and proposing preventative fixes.
• Produce technical documentation (configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks) to support repeatable delivery and operations.

Work You'll Do

This compensation range is specific to Remote role and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,600 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
