Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a OneStream Senior Developer to design, configure, and develop OneStream solutions that support planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial data management across finance functions.

You will build rules, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations, translate requirements into scalable designs, and support testing, deployment, and production stabilization while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver workstreams on time and in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required.
• 4+ years implementing or developing OneStream solutions.
• 3+ years configuring rules, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and data integration in OneStream.
• Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience supporting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for enterprise performance management implementations.
• Travel approximately 25% on average.

Work You'll Do

As a OneStream Senior Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Design, configure, and develop OneStream solutions to support planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial data management requirements.
• Build and maintain business rules, dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and reports within the OneStream platform.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable application design and system configuration.
• Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production stabilization activities across project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver implementation workstreams on time and in scope.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• 4+ years of experience implementing or developing OneStream solutions
• 3+ years of experience configuring business rules, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and data integration in OneStream
• Experience with SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience supporting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for enterprise performance management implementations
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Experience supporting finance transformation programs for government or public sector organizations
• Experience with OneStream XF MarketPlace solutions
• Experience with financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, or close processes
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and work management tools
• OneStream certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,600 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
