Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Data Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure OneStream-based financial data architectures that support close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

You will collaborate with finance and IT to drive best practices, oversee migrations, evaluate features, ensure governance and security, and mentor team members while aligning OneStream strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6-8 years of data architecture or financial systems experience.
• 4+ years hands-on OneStream experience (design, config, integration).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• OneStream certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design OneStream architectures meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for OneStream deployments, integrations, and operations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align OneStream strategies with goals.
• Oversee migration of financial applications, data, and reporting into OneStream.
• Evaluate OneStream features and extensions to maximize business value.
• Ensure governance and security compliance for financial data.
• Monitor OneStream systems and resolve performance or reliability issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for OneStream architectures.
• Research emerging EPM technologies and advise on their application.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Contribute to department strategy with OneStream-enabled insights.
• Support business objectives with unified EPM solutions.
• Participate in large cross-functional projects with strategic importance.
• Perform high-level analysis and data gathering for decisions.
• Generate fresh perspectives and new approaches in reporting and analytics.
• Investigate alternative approaches or partnerships.
