Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to own and govern the OneStream platform, driving reporting quality and process improvements. This on-site Houston role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and regional finance teams to deliver timely, accurate financial information.

The role combines technical accounting knowledge with financial systems expertise to strengthen controls and enable scalable reporting across statutory and management needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or financial systems experience.
• 3+ years administering OneStream or a comparable consolidation and reporting system.
• Strong consolidation and reporting system administration, report development, workflow, metadata, and hierarchy management experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the OneStream platform.
• Maintain system dimensions, metadata, account mappings, entity structures, workflows, and security profiles.
• Manage organizational hierarchies, consolidation structures, and chart of accounts mappings in OneStream.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, governance standards, and operating procedures.
