Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a OneStream Administrator to join our finance systems team. You will be the subject matter expert for Teledyne's OneStream platform, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business partners to optimize the application and enable scalable reporting and planning.

The ideal candidate has hands-on OneStream administration experience in a production environment, strong knowledge of financial consolidation, close, reporting and planning processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on OneStream administration, implementation, or development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience administering and supporting OneStream, including configuration, troubleshooting, dashboard development, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data, validation, consolidation, and reporting issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the OneStream support team, responsible for platform administration and technical oversight.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance OneStream applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption initiatives.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by troubleshooting reporting, data validation, and consolidation issues.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
• Recommend and implement OneStream best practices to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality.
