The OneStream Administrator will serve as a key member and Subject Matter Expert of the team responsible for Teledyne's OneStream platform. Working closely with Finance, Accounting , IT, and fellow team members, this individual will support administration, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the application while helping drive continuous improvement and user adoption.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering and supporting OneStream in a production environment and possesses a strong understanding of financial consolidation, financial close, reporting, and planning processes.
Serve as a key member of the OneStream support team, responsible for platform administration and technical oversight
Configure, maintain, and enhance OneStream applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by troubleshooting reporting, data validation, and consolidation issues
Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Recommend and implement OneStream best practices to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline
3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, implementation, or development experience in an enterprise environment
Experience administering and supporting OneStream, including configuration, troubleshooting, dashboard development, and ongoing system maintenance
Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data, validation, consolidation, and reporting issues
Experience with OneStream modules such as Account Reconciliations (RCM), Application Control Manager (ACM), OneStream Financial Close (OFC), Task Manager/Universal Task Manager (UTM), Smart Integration Connector (SIC), and/or Tax Provision (TXP)
Experience with SQL, .NET, data integrations, and automation within the OneStream ecosystem
