Job summary

The Learning Experience - St. Augustine, FL is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.

You will implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum and help children learn, play, grow, and thrive with tools that support academic and emotional development. This role offers benefits including health insurance, paid time off, dental and vision coverage, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required in some cases per posting.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using its characters to make learning enjoyable.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to support kids’ development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s learning and progress via apps and discussions.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
