Job summary

The Learning Experience - Milford, CT is seeking a Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn, play, and grow every day. You will implement the LEAP curriculum, engage families, and contribute to an environment that supports emotional and academic development.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and hold an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; HS diploma/GED is required.

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Commitment to helping children learn, play, grow.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using our characters, making learning engaging and fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and personal discussions.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
