Job summary

The Learning Experience in Bastrop, TX is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play and exploration, using our LEAP curriculum to spark curiosity and growth.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, communicate regularly about progress, and participate in ongoing training and development to help every child thrive academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE preferred or HS diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
