Job summary

The Learning Experience #473 is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in Texas. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children, and implement our LEAP curriculum with fun characters to make learning enjoyable.

We offer state‑of‑the‑art classrooms, ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. The role includes building relationships with families and colleagues and communicating children’s progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Two years of Early Childhood experience are required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree is preferred, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
