Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Experience as a PCA or TSS with behavior support training is a plus.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist a certified special education teacher with academic and behavioral programming.
• Monitor and redirect behavior during classroom time and activities.
• Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress.
