Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a dedicated One-to-One Patient Observer to support patient safety under RN supervision. This full-time Days role emphasizes vigilant observation, clear communication, and compassionate bedside presence.

You will assist with non-nursing tasks within your training scope, sit with patients to monitor surroundings, and take advantage of Mercy's Total Rewards including tuition reimbursement and comprehensive health benefits.

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
