Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community
• Provide community support, companionship, and ADL support
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team
