Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one in-home position in Vineland or Buena, NJ. The role focuses on hands-on personal care with a commitment to dignity, privacy and independence.

The ideal candidate has prior DSP, HHA, CNA or PCA experience, can follow detailed instructions, and remains reliable and safety-conscious throughout shifts Monday through Friday, with pay between $17 and $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• DSP/HHA/CNA or related experience required.
• Ability to follow detailed care instructions.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the assignment.
• Reliable, respectful, patient and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, bathing, ADLs and personal care with available equipment.
• Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship and safety support.
• Support daily routines and encourage independence.
• Assist with community participation, errands and appointments.
• Document service notes, timekeeping and communications accurately.
• Observe changes and report concerns promptly.
