Kindly Direct Care in Buena, NJ is seeking a weekend Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one in-home and community support position. The role involves providing compassionate, person-centered support and communicating with family members as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, emotionally resilient, and able to stay calm under pressure while documenting accurately and respecting boundaries. Experience in DSP, HHA, CNA, PCA or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care as required by the assignment.
• Reliable, respectful, patient, and attentive to safety.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain professional boundaries.
• Prior DSP/HHA/CNA/PCA or related home care experience preferred.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the assignment.

Responsabilités

• Assist fully with personal care, including eating, grooming, etc.
• Support daily routines and encourage participation.
• Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support.
• Assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and meaningful activities.
• Follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within DSP scope.
• Observe for and report changes or concerns promptly.
• Complete required service documentation, timekeeping, and communication accurately and on time.
