The role requires driving, the ability to meet physical demands, and comfort with two dogs at home. Schedule includes Sundays 11:00 AM–3:00 PM and Monday–Friday 2:30 PM–6:00 PM; pay is $22–$24/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, or direct care roles preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and follow detailed protocols.
• Comfort with driving and community-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Provide support as required.
• Follow individualized behavioral, medical, health, and safety protocols within DSP scope and training.
• Support communication, routines, community participation, and independence.
• Use approved support strategies consistently and calmly.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in health, behavior, functioning, or safety.
• Respond appropriately to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and dependable communication with the care team.
