Kindly Direct Care in Cape May Court House, NJ seeks an experienced Direct Support Professional for a complex one-to-one assignment supporting a wheelchair-bound individual with ADLs, mobility, and community participation. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strict adherence to care protocols in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule is 2-3 days per week after 3:30, with pay ranging from $17 to $21 per hour.

Competenze

Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, or a similar high‑support role.
Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.
Comfort with the specific support needs reviewed during screening.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assignment.
Possession of a reliable vehicle and ability to complete training.

Provide ADL support and community-based assistance for a wheelchair-bound individual.
Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
