Kindly Direct Care is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a complex one-to-one assignment in Cape May Courthouse, NJ. Qualifications

• Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, complex care, or a similar high‑support role is required.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide ADL support for a wheelchair-bound individual.
• Provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring.
• Follow individualized health, medical, and safety protocols within DSP scope and training.
• Support communication, routines, community participation, and independence.
• Use approved support strategies consistently and calmly.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in health, behavior, functioning, or safety.
• Respond appropriately to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and dependable communication with the care team.
