Job summary

Saint Dominic's Family Services in Maine seeks a dedicated One-to-One Assistant to support a student in the 853 Special Education program. You will assist the Special Education Teacher with activities, social, cognitive, behavioral, and instructional objectives outlined in the child’s I.E.P.

Duties include monitoring meal times and bathroom breaks, greeting and assisting the student to and from the bus, and maintaining notebook communication with parents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
