Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care provides individualized developmental services to children across Texas. We place experienced Special Education Teachers, Life Skills and Resource teachers, and paraprofessionals in one-on-one settings.

Employees work with a single child in home, school, daycare, or community, tailoring methods to each child’s strengths and goals. We emphasize connection, ongoing mentorship, and meaningful progress in daily living and communication.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation to client locations (home/school/community).
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in home, school, daycare, or community.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Create engaging learning opportunities through play, crafts, books, and outdoor activities.
• Support teaching and learning goals with supervision and guidance from experienced staff.
