Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care in Texas seeks experienced Special Education Teachers, Autism Classroom Teachers, Life Skills Teachers, Resource Teachers, Inclusion Teachers, Behavior Interventionists and Paraprofessionals to join our growing team.

You’ll work one-on-one with a child in home, school, daycare or community settings, adapting instruction to meet individual needs and celebrating meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Special Education professional in varied settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to one child at a time in their home, school, daycare, or community.
• Help a child communicate wants and needs more effectively.
• Teach social skills through games, play, and daily interactions.
• Support emotional regulation and strategies for handling frustration.
• Assist with daily living skills such as dressing and homework.
• Create engaging learning opportunities through play and activities.
