Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
• Dyslexia or structured literacy training and related credentials valued.
• Approximately five to ten years of secondary teaching experience preferred.
• Experience supporting students with dyslexia or related learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized secondary instruction across subject areas.
• Adapt reading and writing materials to support dyslexia while maintaining age-appropriate content.
• Establish a predictable learning rhythm, clear goals, and prepared lessons.
• Build a respectful relationship with the student and incorporate meaningful choice.
