This role focuses on helping each client build independence, work toward personal goals, develop life skills, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them. Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide dependable one-on-one support.
• Comfort using electronic devices, databases, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Help with everyday needs, routines, and life skills.
• Support clients toward personal goals and greater independence.
• Plan and participate in activities and community outings.
• Provide transportation to activities and community destinations.
• Assist with medications when trained and assigned, and document progress.
