We are seeking compassionate, dependable IHS staff to work directly with adults with disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization
• Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, and staff
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs
