Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Teacher in planning classroom curriculum and implements plans to meet needs of the student.
• Assists in assessment of student abilities and development of individual-specific lesson plans.
• Maintains classroom environment conducive to learning and guides social behavior.
• Assists in utilization of classroom equipment and recommends supplies/curriculum materials.
• Observes and tracks student behavior, gathers data, and creates visuals to monitor progress.
• Supports management of student behavior to ensure a safe classroom.
