Job summary

Golden Heart Advocacy LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union counties. You will support daily routines, accompany clients on community activities, and document services in the care plan to keep families informed.

This role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay, paid time off, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport the individual in the community.
• Reliable transportation within Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, or Union County.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during community outings and recreational activities
• Offer verbal reminders and guidance through daily routines
• Follow the Individual Support Plan and accurately document services provided
• Communicate consistently with the care team and family
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed

Skills

Driver's license
