Job summary

Golden Heart Advocacy LLC in New Jersey seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and acuity, plus ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one care to adults with IDD, with compassion and reliability.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Offer verbal reminders and guidance through daily routines
• Follow the Individual Support Plan and document services provided

Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience and acuity)

About This Position

• 1+ years of direct support, caregiving, or related experience
