Job summary

Golden Heart Advocacy LLC in New Jersey is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for adults with IDD across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties. Flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time roles available and new assignments added daily.

Pay ranges $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and acuity. You'll support daily routines, accompany community activities, document services, and communicate with the care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during community outings and recreational activities.
• Offer verbal reminders and guidance through daily routines.
• Follow the Individual Support Plan and accurately document services provided.
• Communicate consistently with the care team and family.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.

Golden Heart Advocacy is hiring caring, reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties. Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time positions available, with new assignments added daily.

Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience and acuity)

Location: Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties, NJ

About This Position

• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain

Preferred

• 1+ years of direct support, caregiving, or related experience
