Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate with some college preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified before arriving at camp.
• Experience working with or caring for children.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with physical mobility.
• Care for basic hygienic needs.
• Support participation in group activities and discipleship efforts.
• Provide clear communication with parents regarding well-being and safety.
• Keep camp areas and supplies clean and orderly.
• Provide one-on-one assistance for children with special needs.

Skills
