Job summary

Heartland ABA in Steelville, MO is seeking registered behavior technicians for long-term, part-time roles. We invite dedicated professionals to join a supportive clinical team and deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings.

Ideal candidates will hold an RBT certificate, demonstrate patience and compassion, and commit to at least six months. Training is provided, and you can advance through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be compassionate.
• Care delivered in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start part time with a 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
