Job summary

Heartland ABA in Steelville, MO is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a long-term role. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time opportunity offers Same Day Pay, flexible hours, and a pathway to professional advancement through partnerships with BCBA programs. A minimum 6-month commitment is welcome, with paid training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
