Job summary

Heartland ABA in Grain Valley, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This part-time role requires a six-month commitment and offers flexible hours with competitive pay.

As an RBT, you will work with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and support families to reinforce progress outside sessions. No experience?

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
