Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Missouri. RBT certification is required before working; training is provided.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, implement care plans, and track progress while supporting families and clients. Positions start as part-time with flexible hours and opportunities for advancement in the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and make a 6-month commitment to effect client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
