Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a One Data Platform Supervisor in Chicago, IL to lead enterprise data platforms and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, dashboards, and regulatory reporting support.

The role requires strong data governance, SQL, and visualization skills, with a focus on data quality and lineage across financial services environments. This is a hands-on supervisory position based in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, data governance, or related consulting roles.
• Experience with data quality management, data lineage, metadata management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, or Regulatory Reporting environments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Collibra or similar data governance tools
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, or other modern cloud analytics platforms
• Knowledge of BCBS 239, regulatory reporting, AML, risk data aggregation, or enterprise risk programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
