Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power BI development experience.
• Strong experience developing enterprise‑level Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration and redevelopment of reporting solutions from a legacy environment into a new platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex business requests and identify underlying needs to deliver meaningful insights.
• Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and data models.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis requirements.

• Exposure to newer Power BI capabilities and features, including emerging Microsoft analytics and reporting technologies
• Experience supporting data migration, reporting modernization, or platform transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of data modeling and reporting best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
