Qualifications

• Proven one-call close experience preferred.
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Background in home improvement or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations.
• Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and recommend custom bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial appointment.
• Use company-provided technology and sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize performance.
