Job summary

The Clinical Protocol Office at the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a Pre-award OnCore Financial Analyst to translate budgets into OnCore implementations, supporting 100 PIs with federal, foundation, and private industry sponsors.

You will work with OnCore, EPIC, RAMSeS, ALICE, and CRMS to ensure accurate financial terms, communicate with sponsors, and help activate trials on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related area.
• Experience or knowledge of budgeting and financial terms in clinical trials preferred.
• Experience with clinical trial systems or budgeting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into OnCore configurations for trial budgeting.
• Ensure budgeting terms and documents align with Clinical Trial Agreements and amendments.
• Collaborate with pre-award, post-award, and sponsors to ensure timely study activation.
