Responsibilities

• Build OnCore CTMS budget calendars and amendments per agreements and SOPs.
• Partner with OnCore vendor to ensure timely, accurate builds and checks.
• Perform budget analysis to verify consistency across budgets and billing.
• Troubleshoot budget calendar builds, visit structures, and data issues.
• Track staff effort allocations and assist in financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with CRF, accounting, and study teams to resolve discrepancies.
